According to VFF, the National U.17 Finals are expected to witness a dramatic competition between 12 teams including: Hanoi, PVF, The Cong Viettel, Hong Linh Ha Tinh, SLNA, LPBank Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Becamex Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Dong, Dong Thap and Tay Ninh.
