The 2025 TV line that Samsung just introduced at CES 2025 has some pretty interesting AI features. According to information from the Korean company, users can adjust some TV features without the need for a remote control.
If you use Galaxy Watch4 with Wear OS 5 or later, you can raise your hand to control the mouse cursor, rotate the watch face to scroll the TV, and pinch with 2 fingers to select. These are gestures in the Universal Gesture set supported by the company on smartphones and TVs.
Other AI features are also emphasized by Samsung on the new TV line. The remote control has an AI button, providing some features such as recognizing actors and scenes in movies like Circle to Search on the phone; automatically searching for recipes that appear on the screen, or creating wallpapers for the TV using AI generation.
In addition to AI features, the display capabilities of the new TV lines have also been improved. The Glare Free anti-glare coating, which was only equipped on the highest-end OLED line last year, has appeared on the Neo QLED 4K line in 2025. This coating helps ensure good image display even when the TV is placed in environments with a lot of reflected light.
Samsung also announced the prices and versions of 2025 TVs in the Vietnamese market. The high-end Neo QLED 4K series is priced from 55 million VND for the 65-inch version. This year, the company added a super-large 115-inch size to compete with similar solutions from competitors such as TCL. Samsung's largest Neo QLED 4K model costs 499 million VND. The company also said that the Art Store collection, previously only available for The Frame series, is now available for the Neo QLED and QLED series.

For the highest-end NEO QLED 8K model, Samsung equipped the 3rd generation AI NQ8 processor. This processor supports features such as 8K upscaling, automatically applying HDR effects to SDR content, and self-adjusting sound and image based on the content being viewed. This year, the company only introduced a 95-inch 8K model, with a listed price of VND 219 million.
Samsung's OLED line this year has an additional 83-inch size, with the highest price for the version being 159 million VND. The company's lowest OLED model with a size of 55 inches is priced from 36 million.
AI is a common trend among technology companies. In addition to TVs, Samsung also introduced a series of AI features on home appliances at an event in Seoul last week. The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra cordless vacuum cleaner supports phone connection and call display; the new washer and dryer also has an AI Home screen that allows direct call answering and automatically pours detergent and opens the door after finishing the operation.
Meanwhile, Samsung's new refrigerator has a camera that helps identify ingredients to find recipes on Samsung Food, then sends the recipe to the oven. Even if you lose your phone, you can activate the Bixby assistant to ask to find your phone right on the refrigerator.
