Tuyen Quang approves detailed planning project of An Phu Urban Area

This is a mixed urban and service area, with synchronous investment in technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, housing and social housing; ensuring consistency with the overall development strategy and structure of the entire area, ensuring connectivity in terms of spatial organization and technical infrastructure between the planning area and neighboring areas, ensuring synchronization, efficiency and sustainability.

Regarding landscape architecture, the green park area is arranged in the center of the land combined with land funds for parking lots, technical infrastructure, mixed-use commercial services as highlights for the project and the area. Trees are arranged along the roads to create green space for residential areas and create landscape architecture for the entire area.

Regarding the orientation of the landscape architecture space in a modern direction, the maximum height is 15 floors, the large proportion of green trees contributes to creating a green urban image. The planning creates a main landscape axis running along the project, on both sides are arranged adjacent residential buildings facing the street with a minimum frontage of 8.0m, a maximum height of 5 floors, modern architecture, combined with the land plot to build a large-scale commercial center, the maximum height is 15 floors, creating a highlight for the entire area; the central park area will be an open space highlight, a spatial axis connecting the project with the existing area of the city.

The regional roads with functional areas such as: Commercial services, adjacent townhouses... are located in the project's convenient location and close to neighboring areas. Along this axis, adjacent houses and villas are arranged with wide frontage and bright space, creating a modern and comfortable living space.

The connecting axis of the area with the religious and belief area (Cam Son Temple) is also a landscape highlight with its own unique features of the area, attracting visitors and spiritual tourists with its own identity for the urban area in particular and creating a driving force to promote the development of other industries and fields in the area...

The People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province assigned the Department of Construction, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city and related units to, based on their functions and tasks, hand over planning documents and widely publicize detailed planning contents so that people can know and inspect and supervise the implementation.
