On the afternoon of October 29, 2024, the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work. Accordingly, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, President of the Vietnam Women's Union Ha Thi Nga was mobilized and assigned by the Politburo to be Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee.
Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung, on behalf of the Politburo, chaired the Conference to announce and present the Politburo's decision on the transfer and appointment of Secretary of the Party Delegation, President of the Vietnam Women's Union Ha Thi Nga to hold the position of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Attending the Conference were Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, and members of the Central Organizing Committee's working delegation.
On the side of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, there were Vice Presidents of the Vietnam Women's Union: Nguyen Thi Minh Huong, Tran Lan Phuong, Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, and representatives of the leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union.
On the side of Tuyen Quang province, there were: Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, localities...
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee - announced the Politburo's decision on the Party Central Committee member, President of the Vietnam Women's Union Ha Thi Nga to cease holding the position of Secretary of the Party Delegation, President of the Vietnam Women's Union; mobilize, assign, and appoint to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Le Minh Hung - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee - said that after many years of working in positions from local to central level, Ms. Ha Thi Nga has always excellently and creatively completed assigned tasks.
Congratulating the new Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, the Head of the Central Organizing Committee believes that Ms. Ha Thi Nga will quickly grasp the local situation, continue to promote her experience, capacity, and courage, and together with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, promote the tradition of the land rich in revolutionary tradition and the results achieved, and successfully complete the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, Ha Thi Nga, expressed her honor and emotion when being trusted by the Politburo and the Secretariat and assigned the important responsibility of being the head of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee. Fully accepting the directions and tasks assigned by the Politburo as thoroughly grasped by the Head of the Central Organization Commission, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, Ha Thi Nga, promised to make every effort, uphold the vanguard and exemplary spirit, uphold the Party's principles, promote the role of the nucleus of solidarity with the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in Tuyen Quang province, determined to implement the goals and targets set by the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress (term 2020 - 2025), bringing Tuyen Quang province to develop quite well, comprehensively and sustainably in the northern mountainous region, contributing with the whole country to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, realizing the new viewpoints and thinking that General Secretary To Lam emphasized.
