Accordingly, 10 doctors and 1 nurse of Tuyen Quang province were awarded this time, including doctors: Le Trung Chinh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital; Pham Dinh Dung, Deputy Director of Yen Son District Medical Center; Hoang Van Hai, former Head of Planning - Finance Department, Department of Health; Luu Thanh Hoa, Deputy Director of the Provincial Center for Disease Control; Tran Quang Hung, Head of Examination Department, Chiem Hoa District Medical Center; Dao Thanh Quang, Director of the Provincial Forensic Center; Mai Thi Hong Thuy, Deputy Director of Huong Sen Rehabilitation Hospital; Dang Huu Tinh, Head of Gynecology Department, Provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital; Nguyen Van Truong, Head of Dermatology Department, My Lam Mineral Spring Hospital; Au Thi Tuyen, Head of General Planning Department and Head of Physical Therapy and Psychotherapy Department, Huong Sen Rehabilitation Hospital and nurse Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Head of General Planning - Information Technology Department, Provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital.

According to Decree No. 25/2024/ND-CP dated February 27, 2024 regulating the awarding of the titles of People's Physician and Meritorious Physician, individuals considered for the title of "Meritorious Physician" are medical staff who have contributed to research and development of science, technology and engineering in medicine.

In addition, individuals must meet one of the following criteria: being awarded the Labor Medal or the Fatherland Protection Medal from third class or higher; being awarded at least 1 Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister; being awarded at least 3 Certificates of Merit from the ministerial, department, branch, and provincial levels; having been awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the ministerial, provincial level at least twice and at least 1 Certificate of Merit from the ministerial, department, branch, and provincial level; having been awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level at least 6 times and at least 2 Certificates of Merit from the ministerial, department, branch, and provincial levels.

Individuals who are heads or deputy heads of heads appointed to hold management positions for more than 36 months from the date of appointment to the time of application submission.
