On the morning of June 14 (Vietnam time), the Vietnamese futsal team will play host Argentina again in the second friendly match here. Compared to the previous match, coach Giustozzi Diego Raul's players played better, but that was still not enough to create a surprise against the current world runner-up.

In this rematch, Coach Giustozzi replaced 4 players in the starting lineup with the participation of Nhan Gia Hung, Tu Minh Quang, Chau Doan Phat and Nguyen Tran Duy, at the same time, deployed a solid and highly disciplined game. This helped ensure the safety of goalkeeper Ho Van Y's goal against the constant pressure from the Argentine strikers.
Unfortunately, the Vietnamese futsal team failed to maintain the necessary concentration in the final minutes of the first half, allowing Pablo Vidal from the opposing team to fire a powerful shot, opening the score 1-0 for Argentina.

In the second half, the Vietnamese futsal team faced difficulties when they conceded an early second goal, after Claudino's long-range shot hit an Argentine player and changed direction, leaving goalkeeper Ho Van Y helpless. Just a few minutes later, the home team scored a goal to increase the score to 3-0, after Nicolas Rosa defeated Van Y in a one-on-one situation.
In the remaining minutes, the Vietnamese futsal team played with great effort and used power-play tactics, but still could not find an equalizer. The match ended with a 3-0 victory for Argentina.
Thus, the Vietnamese futsal team ended their training and friendly match in South America with valuable experiences against the two leading futsal teams in the world, Paraguay and Argentina. After this training session, Coach Giustozzi will evaluate the players in detail to continue preparing for the Asian qualifiers in October.

Tomorrow, June 15, the Vietnamese futsal team will return home, concluding a very effective training trip in South America. The players will be returned to their clubs to compete in the second leg of the 2023 HDBank National Futsal Championship, taking place from June 28 to August 4, 2023.
