While hunting, the group shot dead 2 goats belonging to local people and put them in the trunk of the car, then left. When they arrived at the Ai Nang bridge area, An Phu commune, My Duc district, the group was discovered and stopped by local people.

Immediately after receiving the information, the Director of Hanoi City Police Department directed the professional departments of the City Police Department and My Duc District Police Department to urgently investigate, verify and clarify the incident.

On June 27, the City Police Department issued a Decision to prosecute the criminal case of Property Theft that occurred on June 26 in An Phu Commune, My Duc District; Decision to temporarily detain Nguyen Van Nhan, Bui Dinh Viet and Bui Tien Tung, to conduct investigation and strictly handle according to the provisions of law.
