During the above time, vehicles needing to pass through the area of ​​Le Thai To street - opposite Hong Van building - Long Van to the fountain of Dong Kinh - Nghia Thuc Square (in front of Ham Ca Shark building) should go in the direction: Hang Gai - Luong Van Can - Le Thai To.

Vehicles from Hang Bong and Hang Gai streets to Le Thai To go in the direction: Hang Bong - Hang Gai - Luong Van Can - Le Thai To.

The Department of Construction Inspectorate is assigned to arrange forces to coordinate with relevant units to organize and guide traffic flow according to the pilot plan to adjust traffic organization.

The Department of Construction requested the Traffic Police Department - City Police to coordinate in guiding traffic flow for vehicles to ensure traffic safety, avoid traffic congestion; strengthen inspection and handling of violations of traffic safety and urban order on roads and intersections.

Monitor and evaluate traffic situation on the route and area to promptly detect problems and propose appropriate adjustments to traffic organization.
