Open-minded, always devoted to everyone and the common work are the comments of local people when talking about comrade Nguyen Quang Hoa - Head of Da Nghe area, Thang Son commune, Thanh Son district. Comrade Hoa has contributed to promoting emulation movements, mobilizing socialization and digital transformation in the local community.

Da Nghe area has 168 households, 710 people, over 90% of whom are Muong ethnic people. With the characteristics of people mainly working in agricultural production and the economy still facing many difficulties, Comrade Hoa researched, studied carefully, democratically discussed and debated everything to have measures to organize and implement in accordance with the reality of the area. He always coordinated and maximized the role of the Front Work Committee in performing the tasks of the area, actively mobilizing and guiding people to develop the economy and build new rural areas (NTM).

Implementing the Resolution of the People's Council and People's Committee of the commune on agricultural development; building new rural areas, comrade Hoa and the local authorities actively deployed and mobilized people in the area to unite and unanimously build new rural criteria; actively transformed the structure of crops and livestock, introduced high-value crops and livestock into intensive farming, increased productivity and economic value; mobilized farmers to convert to new rice varieties, developed buffalo, cow and poultry farming. Comrade Hoa also mobilized families to build a cultural lifestyle, legal discipline, not participate in social evils, strengthen solidarity, and contribute to building a cultural life in the residential area. Thanks to those practical actions, people in Da Nghe area always enthusiastically responded to and participated in emulation movements, contributed to the socialization of the construction of cultural houses in the area, donated land for rural roads, and intra-field traffic all took place smoothly.

In the difficult conditions of the area, Comrade Hoa spent a lot of time close to and listening to the thoughts and aspirations of the people to implement them in accordance with the situation, thereby promptly advising the local Party Committee and authorities to find solutions to arising problems. The propaganda sessions, widely announcing and publicizing the work of the area were regularly carried out by Comrade Hoa, helping the people grasp the political tasks of the area and promote their democratic rights. He also, together with comrades in the Party Cell, set up common Zalo groups to regularly update information, share experiences, good practices, and spread good deeds through pictures and video clips; organize discussions to record the opinions of the people as well as implement the work of the residential area... Therefore, all matters of the residential area are public, transparent, and agreed upon by the people.

The main road of Da Nghe area has been paved, facilitating traffic for residents and creating a new look for the residential area.

Along with that, village chief Nguyen Quang Hoa also regularly coordinates with the commune police force to carry out patrols to maintain security and order and promptly be present to resolve violations. There have never been any conflicts or disputes in the area.... The security and order situation in Da Nghe area is always guaranteed.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hoa - Head of Da Nghe residential area said: "To perform well the assigned tasks, I spend a lot of time studying documents, accumulating, exchanging and learning experiences from the comrades who are the heads of residential areas in the commune and learning through books, newspapers, media... I always determine that I must always be exemplary in everything, live simply, maintain pure and exemplary morality, not seek personal gain, dare to think, dare to do, be devoted to work, always put the interests of the collective first, then I can propagate and mobilize people to change their thinking and ways of doing, actively participate in the National Target Program on New Rural Construction and local movements launched".

The effective and practical work of the area chief Nguyen Quang Hoa has contributed to creating positive changes in economic development, hunger eradication and poverty reduction of the village as well as successfully implementing the goals and tasks set by the Party Executive Committee of the commune. The material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved, the average income of the area has reached 30 million VND/person/year, the rate of poor and near-poor households has decreased to 19%.

With his outstanding contributions, comrade Nguyen Quang Hoa has been repeatedly commended and rewarded by authorities at all levels. In 2023, he was one of the outstanding individuals to receive a certificate of merit from the Provincial Police Director.
