After a period of treatment and being cared for by dedicated doctors, musician Lu Nhat Vu's condition is now quite stable. He has been treated at the Poison Control Department of People's Hospital 115. April 13 is his 90th birthday.

At the visit, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong talked kindly and asked about musician Lu Nhat Vu's health, and gave more than 260 million VND to support hospital fees for the musician's family.
Secretary Nguyen Van Nen awarded the Party badge to the poet-musician couple Le Giang-Lu Nhat Vu.
In addition, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong also expressed his appreciation for the contributions of musician Lu Nhat Vu to the revolutionary cause and the country's literature and arts. At the same time, he encouraged musician Lu Nhat Vu to try to recover soon and return home.
At the end of the visit, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong also thanked the medical team of People's Hospital 115 for taking care of musician Lu Nhat Vu and the patients who came to visit and receive treatment.

Previously, according to information from the family, musician Lu Nhat Vu was taken to the emergency room at People's Hospital 115 on the morning of September 18, 2024, and his health is now stable.
Musician Lu Nhat Vu (real name Le Van Gat), born in 1936 in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong province.
He joined the revolution when he was young, joining the Party on March 19, 1976. After the Geneva Accords (1954), he gathered in the North and joined the Youth Volunteers. Later, he graduated from the Hanoi Conservatory of Music, then worked at the Southern Song and Dance Troupe.
Musician Lu Nhat Vu
After the country's reunification, he worked at the Institute of Music Research (later the Institute of Culture and Arts in Ho Chi Minh City). Musician Lu Nhat Vu has many famous songs such as: "Afternoon on the Meo village", "Saigon girl goes to load ammunition", "Please rest assured, mother", "Southern land song"... He has a series of massive research works on folk songs of the Southern region that have been published (co-written with a number of authors: Le Giang, Nguyen Dong Nai, Thach An, Nguyen Van Hoa, Quach Vu).
He was awarded the first State Prize for Literature and Arts by the Party and the State and many other awards, medals and honors. These include the Phan Chau Trinh Cultural Prize and the Prize for the Cause of Culture and Education.
In March 2024, Mr. Nguyen Van Nen, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, awarded the 45-year Party membership badge to musician Lu Nhat Vu.
The delegation also visited Cho Ray Hospital to visit People's Artist Thanh Tuan. He was taken to the emergency room in a coma on the afternoon of March 25. After a period of treatment, he is currently being treated with ECMO (artificial heart-lung machine) because when he was brought to the emergency room, he had suffered a cardiac arrest. Currently, People's Artist Thanh Tuan's health is being closely monitored by specialists.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong thanked the medical team of Cho Ray Hospital for actively taking care of People's Artist Thanh Tuan and presented the support money to Thanh Truc - People's Artist Thanh Tuan's son. At the same time, he presented the hospital support money from Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen to People's Artist Thanh Tuan's family.
Mr. Thanh Truc and his sister Kim Loan (who just returned from Australia) expressed the gratitude of Ho Chi Minh City leaders to their father.
People's Artist Thanh Tuan, real name Nguyen Thanh Liem (born March 15, 1948) in Duc Pho - Quang Ngai. In 1964, he joined artist Bay Trach's class to learn to sing reformed opera and was introduced by his teacher to join the Bach Lien Hoa troupe.
In 1969, he returned to sing as the main actor for the Huong Mua Thu troupe, singing with artist Ngoc Huong. Here, composer Thu An (head of the Huong Mua Thu troupe) gave him the stage name Thanh Tuan.

In the early 1970s, Thanh Tuan joined the Kim Chung troupe and sang with famous female artists such as Le Thuy, My Chau, Thanh Kim Hue... Thanh Tuan's unique way of singing Cai Luong stirred up the CD market during this period.
In 1973 - Mrs. Sau Lien (owner of Vietnam Record Company) invited him to sign an exclusive contract to record for her record company. The plays he recorded were: "The Way of the Sword of Nguyen Ba", "Tay Thi, a Vietnamese Girl", "Lan Hue's Sorrow", "Winning the Jackpot", "The Life of Miss Hanh"... The special new and old love songs were: "Season of Durian", "Farewell in the Night", "Mother's Heart", "Bong Hong Cai Ao", "Buoc Tranh Hoa Binh"...
After 1975, artist Thanh Tuan returned to the Saigon 2 troupe and continued to be successful with the plays: "Finding Life Again", "The Glorious Hotel", "The Song of Separation", "A Mistaken Step" and "The Night Fire of the Forest".
People's Artist Thanh Tuan - 3 names, one journey
In 2001, he was awarded the "Best Actor" award at the National Television Festival (for the role of Chu Van An in the play "Noi Long Chu Van An"). He was awarded the title of Meritorious Artist by the State in 2007 and the title of People's Artist in 2019.
He has had hundreds of good roles, including many memorable roles such as: Chu Van An (play of the same name), A Khac Chu Sa (Lover on the battlefield), Huy Binh (Finding life again), Nguyen Trai (Rang ngoc Con Son), Ba Doi (Teacher Ba Doi)...
For the past three years, he has established a center for training cai luong singers, and he always has high expectations for his students. Nguyen Truong Kha, who just won the Gold Prize at the "2022 Vong co and folk songs festival", is one of his students.
