However, the teams and members participating in the tournament are responsible for complying with the regulations and instructions on epidemic prevention and control of the Government, the Ministry of Health, and competent authorities in the locality where the tournament is held throughout the tournament.
This is a football tournament first held in 2020, under the name "Provincial Football Championship", then interrupted in 2021 due to the epidemic, until 2022 within the framework of the Provincial Sports Festival, Minh Khang Club at that time won the gold medal in football at the 9th Binh Thuan Provincial Sports Festival in 2022.
Minh Khang Club is also one of the 3 clubs established over 5 years along with M&M Club and Qua Lan Club. The remaining clubs have only been established in the last 2 years, but have contributed to building and developing football. Hopefully this will be a season that brings a lot of love to local fans to enjoy exciting football matches.
To participate in the tournament, if the teams and members participating in the tournament do not comply with the regulations related to Covid-19 prevention and control and the tournament's safety management measures or are dishonest, they will be subject to disciplinary action according to the provisions of law and relevant disciplinary regulations, if any.
