Summoned a group of young men who beat the wrong person on the street

(Dan Tri) - A group of 8 young men in Ninh Binh rode motorbikes with removed license plates, carried homemade knives, and caused trouble on the road. When they encountered someone who was causing trouble, they chased after them but attacked the wrong person.

On March 3, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that Gia Tan Commune Police (Gia Vien District) had summoned a group of 8 young men (aged 16-25) to investigate and handle their acts of disturbing public order in the area.

Previously, Gia Tan Commune Police received a report from Mr. NXT and Mr. NDTA (both born in 2009, residing in Gia Tran Commune, Gia Vien District) that on the evening of March 1, they were suddenly threatened with weapons and beaten with three-section sticks by a group of young men.

During the investigation, Gia Tan Commune Police summoned 8 young men (7 from Nho Quan District and 1 from Gia Vien District). This group confessed that at around 9:00 p.m. on March 1, the group got together on 4 motorbikes (without license plates), carrying homemade knives, three-section sticks, and wearing masks, driving from Nho Quan District to Hoa Lu City.

While the group was traveling on Highway 477 (Gia Lap Commune, Gia Vien District), they were attacked by two men on a motorbike. The group chased them but then lost track of them.

While this group was looking for the two strange young men mentioned above, they met NXT and NDTA standing in front of a phone store.

At this time, Do Thanh Nam (born 2008), Tran Dung Sy (born 2007), and Nguyen Van Tuan (born 2000) all rushed to attack Mr. T. and A. Only when some young men in the group shouted "hit the wrong person", did the 3 subjects stop and run away from the scene.

Gia Tan Commune Police are coordinating with relevant agencies to investigate and handle the case according to the law.
