In reality, it was also very difficult for the male shipper to resist, partly because of the unexpected, thuggish nature of the Lexus driver; partly because the male shipper was disabled, limiting his ability to resist; and partly because he was sitting on a motorbike, on the motorbike was a heavy box of goods, the "bread and butter" the male shipper was waiting to deliver to the customer.
Currently, the Tay Ho District Police, Hanoi City, have invited the male shipper to work, take statements; at the same time, they are searching for the Lexus driver. The results of the investigation will be announced as soon as possible.

Accordingly, on February 1, 2025, after a collision and conflict occurred while participating in traffic, instead of resolving the issue in the spirit of "peace is precious", or inviting the authorities to resolve the issue, a group of people assaulted Mr. Vu Duc Thuan (born in 1987, residing in Cam Pha, Quang Ninh province).
On February 2, 2025, the Investigation Police Agency of Giao Thuy District, Nam Dinh Province issued an emergency detention order for two subjects: Pham Ngoc Tuan (born in 1980, residing in Phu Do Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi) and Pham Van Tuyen (born in 1982, residing in Binh Hoa Commune, Giao Thuy District, Nam Dinh Province, Tuan's younger brother) for the act of Disturbing public order.
