Initial statistics show that the total disbursement amount of this line is 3,958,150,272,299 VND (nearly 4,000 billion VND), the total amount collected is 4,627,698,174,867 VND (more than 4,600 billion VND) out of a total of 738,933 loans.

This is an organized crime group consisting of foreigners colluding with Vietnamese people, operating across borders and illegally profiting from exceptionally large sums of money.

Previously, on March 26, the Investigation Police Agency of District 4 Police issued a decision to initiate criminal proceedings, prosecute the accused, issue an arrest warrant for temporary detention and a ban on leaving the place of residence for Do Minh Hai, Tran Dinh Trien, Verevkin Vladimir, Nguyen Thi Thuy Diem and Do Thi Minh Hieu.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of District 4 Police is consolidating evidence, expanding the investigation, identifying and clarifying the roles of all related subjects, and strictly handling them according to the law.
