Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Ton Ngoc Hanh emphasized: Resolution No. 57 is a document of strategic significance, a guideline for development in the new era of national prosperity, civilization and prosperity. At the same time, each Party Committee, Party organization, cadre and Party member is required to clearly define their functions and tasks, grasp the guiding viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions in the resolution; improve proactiveness and efficiency, focus on innovating the method of implementing the resolution in accordance with the reality of the locality, agency and unit. From there, concretize the work in each unit and locality, and continue to widely propagate to cadres, Party members and people about the resolution and the programs and plans of the province to implement this resolution.

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh gave a speech at the conference and directly implemented the resolution's content.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to establish a Provincial Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation.

Directly implementing Resolution No. 57, Provincial Party Secretary Ton Ngoc Hanh summarized and emphasized a number of contents on the guiding viewpoints, and clearly stated the goal that by 2030, Vietnam will be among the top 3 countries in Southeast Asia in terms of innovation, the digital economy will account for at least 30% of GDP; with a vision of 2045, Vietnam will become a developed, high-income country, possessing global digital technology enterprises and playing the role of the digital technology industry center of the region. In addition, there are the key actions, tasks, solutions and implementation organization.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh presented the draft Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and the Plan of the Provincial People's Committee to implement the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

At the conference, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh presented the draft Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Resolution No. 57 and the Plan of the Provincial People's Committee to implement the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo.

The conference contributed to raising awareness, responsibility, and political determination of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, organizations, cadres, Party members, and people in the province; thereby, organizing the drastic and effective implementation of Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo in Binh Phuoc.
