Launching the 3rd National Art Photography Contest and Exhibition "Fatherland on the Shore"

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 190-CV/BTGDVTW dated March 7, 2025 of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission and the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on coordinating the implementation of the Third National Art Photography Contest and Exhibition "Fatherland on the Shore of Waves" (abbreviated as the Contest). The Provincial Party Committee Propaganda and Education Commission requests agencies and units to effectively implement the following contents:

Propagate and widely disseminate the Contest in appropriate forms; encourage cadres, party members, union members, association members and all classes of people to actively participate in responding to the Contest.

Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ha Nam Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station, Provincial Literature and Arts Association post information about the Contest on mass media, social networks, electronic information portals... Mobilize reporters, collaborators, and members to actively participate in responding, and at the same time select quality artistic photography works that meet the criteria in the Rules to participate in the Contest (enclosed QR Code of the Contest Rules).

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of district, town, city and party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee advises the Party Committees to implement in localities and units in appropriate forms.

Method and time of sending photos:

- Authors send photos directly to the website: www.anhnghethuatbiendaoquehuong2025.com

- The time for receiving entries is from March 10, 2025 to July 10, 2025. Localities and organizing units are requested to implement the Contest so that it can spread and achieve practical results.
