The DH.65A road project, 1.8km long, passing through Cong Hoa commune, is one of eight key projects being implemented by Hung Ha district. In the last days of the year, Quang Trung Construction Company Limited mobilized machinery, equipment, materials and nearly 40 workers, divided into 4 construction groups in many directions, carrying out the work of digging the foundation, widening, leveling and paving the road surface. Mr. Do Xuan Kiem, site manager, said: Up to now, the road has completed 65% of the work volume. We always pay attention to closely monitoring the quality of the project. In particular, during the construction process, the district and local authorities have created favorable conditions in terms of land for the construction unit to follow the set schedule.

Mr. To Dang Thang, Dong Thai village, Cong Hoa commune said: When there was a policy to expand and upgrade the DH.65A road, my family voluntarily demolished ^22m2 of the factory to return the site to the construction unit. The road was expanded from 5.5m to 7m, we were very excited because the traffic going ahead to open the road will improve the people's lives.

The project to urgently handle the access road to the national relic cluster of the family, temple and mausoleum of Thong Quoc Thai Su Tran Thu Do and Linh Tu Quoc Mau Tran Thi Dung, Lien Hiep commune, has a length of 3.3km, a total investment of 79.8 billion VND, and has completed 70% of the work volume, expected to be put into use before the New Year 2024, 7 months ahead of schedule, and is expected to form a synchronous traffic network, connecting spiritual tourist attractions that attract a large number of visitors from inside and outside the province.

Mr. Nguyen Si Long, Khuoc village, Lien Hiep commune, excitedly said: These days, wherever we go, we can clearly feel the change in the appearance of our homeland; everyone is happy and excited because this year's Tet will be on new concrete roads stretching across the villages. The long-standing dream of the people about a spacious, neat, and clean road has come true. The new road, which is about to be completed, will make an important contribution to communication, trade, socio-economic development, and connecting local spiritual relics.

Mr. Khong Minh Dang, technical officer of Thuy Son Construction Investment Company Limited, said: To ensure the construction progress, we focus all human resources and arrange reasonable means to construct with the highest competitive spirit, determined to accelerate, even if we have to work overtime or night shifts. At the same time, we prepare enough materials to meet the construction needs of the project.

In 2023, Hung Ha district has 8 new projects starting construction with a total investment of more than 319 billion VND; 21 projects transferred from 2021 - 2022; 19 projects preparing for implementation with a total investment of nearly 1,341 billion VND... The progress of the projects is important, deciding the completion of technical infrastructure and promoting local socio-economic development.

Mr. Pham Van Du, an officer of the District Construction Investment Project Management Board, said: We continue to assign technical staff to coordinate with the supervision consultant unit to regularly monitor the project to promptly inspect and urge the contractor to perform, grasp the advantages and difficulties to advise the District People's Committee to have timely solutions. At the same time, we will strengthen the direction of units and contractors to focus on mobilizing machinery and human resources to speed up the construction progress, ensuring the progress, quality of the project and labor safety.

One day in the near future, the completed projects will bring joy to the people, bring a new look to the countryside, and contribute to completing the criteria for building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas in the locality.
