Awarding the 30-year Party membership badge to the Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee

On the morning of February 27, at the Provincial Ethnic Committee, the Provincial Ethnic Committee Party Committee (Provincial People's Committee Party Committee) held a ceremony to award the 30-year Party membership badge to comrade Mai Xuan Binh, Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee. Attending the ceremony were comrade Tran Van Hai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Party Committee announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee to award the Party Badge to party member Mai Xuan Binh, born on October 27, 1972, joined the party on February 14, 1995. Hometown: Thanh Tam commune, Thach Thanh district, Thanh Hoa province, active at the Office Party Cell, Provincial Ethnic Minorities Party Committee.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Van Hai presented the Decision and 30-year Party membership badge and congratulated comrade Mai Xuan Binh, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee.

At the ceremony, comrade Tran Van Hai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the Decision and 30-year Party membership badge to comrade Mai Xuan Binh, Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Van Hai emphasized: Comrade Mai Xuan Binh was admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 14, 1995 at the Party Committee of the People's Security University. After graduating, he was assigned to work at the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police. In 2009, Comrade Mai Xuan Binh transferred to work at the Provincial People's Committee Office and held the positions of deputy head of department, head of department, and deputy chief of office of the Provincial People's Committee.

In 2017, comrade Mai Xuan Binh was assigned by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to work in Vinh Loc district as Secretary of the District Party Committee.

From 2020 to present, he was mobilized and appointed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee.

And most recently, on February 26, 2025, comrade Mai Xuan Binh was mobilized and appointed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Department of Justice, officially starting from March 1, 2025.

With nearly 34 years of work, through many positions and working environments, comrade Mai Xuan Binh has always been steadfast in his revolutionary ideals and goals, maintained the moral qualities of a party member, constantly studied, cultivated and trained, and fulfilled his assigned duties and responsibilities well.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Van Hai congratulated Comrade Mai Xuan Binh on being honored to receive the noble award of the 30-year Party membership badge, which is a recognition of the process of dedication, striving, maturity, overcoming challenges to successfully complete the duties and tasks assigned by the Party organization.

The 30-year Party membership badge is an important milestone in the process of training and striving and is a source of personal pride. In the coming time, he will continue to promote revolutionary ethics, pioneering spirit, exemplary work experience and be worthy of the noble title of a Party member.
