According to the People's Committee of Hai Duong City, through statistics, by January 30 (the second day of Tet), the city had hung 360 banners, planted more than 3,000 red flags on roads, streets and roads in communes, villages, residential areas, and city gates; installed 175 propaganda billboards in wards and communes.
The city also propagates and urges agencies, enterprises, units, schools, villages, residential areas, and households in the area to hang banners and slogans at headquarters, main roads and streets; mobilizes and guides the hanging of Party flags (where there are places to hang them) and national flags solemnly and dignifiedly. The rate of households hanging national flags is over 95%.
On this occasion, the People's Committees of wards and communes in the city removed more than 600 garbage flyers; dismantled 194 old propaganda banners and billboards; requested 21 organizations and individuals to replace old and torn billboards and signs...
