The President of Ukraine will attend the sessions of the United Nations Security Council and General Assembly scheduled to begin on September 24 in New York City (New York State, USA).
Mr. Zelensky is scheduled to meet with US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential candidate, on July 26.
The Ukrainian leader also expressed hope to meet former President Donald Trump on this occasion.
"We will most likely meet, I think within two days, September 26-27," Reuters quoted President Zelensky on September 21, but he did not provide further details.

While Mr Trump and Mr Zelensky spoke by phone in July, they have yet to meet in person.
For his part, former President Trump said he would probably meet with the Ukrainian leader. "Maybe," Trump said in response to a reporter's question about the possibility of the two meeting soon.
Several international leaders who have visited the US recently have met with Mr. Trump. It is reported that the Republican candidate is scheduled to appear with Polish President Andrzej Duda at an event in Pennsylvania on September 22.
However, Reuters quoted a source familiar with the matter as saying that the plan to appear together had apparently been scrapped. It is unclear whether the two men will meet at another location.
