Implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo "on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", the propaganda work on studying and following Uncle Ho's example has been continuously and extensively deployed, closely following the annual theme, and in diverse forms.

Ms. Ro Cham H'Panh - Head of the Front Work Committee of Bo village - shared: "Households have built toilets, hygienic livestock and poultry barns, built and renovated spacious houses; and paid attention to preserving a green, clean and beautiful environment.
The material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved. Currently, the village has a gong team and a brocade weaving group that maintain their activities. Mr. Chau Tan Lap - Chairman of the District Farmers' Association - said: Responding to emulation movements, especially implementing the new rural construction program, from 2022 to now, officials and farmer members in the district have participated in donating land, contributing more than 1.7 billion VND and nearly 1,500 working days to build infrastructure and rural traffic.
At the same time, it supports funding for building and repairing houses for poor households and other social security activities. The Association also coordinates to mobilize farmer members to participate in sustainable coffee professional associations, establish branches and professional associations, contributing to the formation and development of collective economic models in agriculture...
“Through emulation movements, the Association has recruited 1,105 members, bringing the total number of members in the district to 14,875, reaching 83.1% of agricultural households. The whole district has 4,458 households meeting the standards of good farmers and businessmen at all levels, more than 11,000 farming households have been recognized as cultural families,” Mr. Lap informed.
In the past 5 years, responding to the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" launched by the Prime Minister, from resources and the "For the poor" Fund, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the district has coordinated to build nearly 110 houses and repair 19 houses for poor households and families with meritorious services having difficulty in housing.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front of the district cooperates with all levels and sectors to promote the campaign "Changing the thinking and working methods of ethnic minorities to gradually escape poverty sustainably". Typically, maintaining 4 cow raising models in the communes of Ia Pech, Ia Ba, Ia Yok, Ia O; 5 pig raising models in the communes of Ia Khai, Ia Krai, Ia Grang, Ia To; implementing models of renovating mixed gardens to grow fruit trees, raising goats for breeding... in some communes and towns.
In particular, responding to the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025", through screening, the whole district has 542 households needing support to build and repair houses, of which 427 houses were built and 115 houses were repaired. Since the beginning of the year, localities in the district have started construction on 192/542 houses (164 houses were built and 28 houses were repaired) for families of meritorious people, poor and near-poor households.

One of the units actively implementing the program is Ia Der commune. This time, the commune has built 17 houses and repaired 4 houses. Mr. Puih Bli - Chairman of the Commune People's Committee - said: "Up to now, the commune is implementing the construction of 16 houses and repairing 4 houses. Most of the supported households have the consensus and help of people, relatives, and the police and military forces to help with labor, so the construction is carried out synchronously and promptly. In addition to participating in labor, the households also contribute 10-50 million VND/household to make the house more spacious and solid."
With the active participation of the political system from the district to the grassroots, along with the response and participation of all classes of people, the emulation movements associated with the campaigns of Ia Grai district have brought about practical results. The whole district has 9/12 communes meeting the new rural standards and 50/118 villages and hamlets have been recognized by the district People's Committee as meeting the new rural standards. The program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses of the district is also being actively implemented, striving to complete according to the general progress of the province.
