Participating in the contest are secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Youth Union of communes, wards and towns; secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Youth Union of schools; secretaries and deputy secretaries of the grassroots Youth Union or grassroots Youth Union branches (for affiliated blocks).
Candidates take souvenir photos with the Organizing Committee of the Contest.
The contestants went through two rounds: a costume show including Vietnamese youth costumes and evening gowns; for the talent round, the teams demonstrated their talents through skits, poetry, folk songs, singing, dancing, storytelling, dancing, magic, etc.
