On the afternoon of December 17, comrade Nguyen Van Gau - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee attended and delivered an important speech at the Conference to announce Resolution No. 1191/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated September 28, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units in Bac Giang province, period 2023-2025. Dear Comrade Tran Thanh Man - Member of the Politburo, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam!
Dear Central Party Committee members, former Central Party Committee members, leaders of central departments, ministries and branches; leaders and former leaders of the province through the periods!
Dear delegates, distinguished guests; dear all people!
Today, the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in Bac Giang province are very happy, excited and honored to welcome comrade Tran Thanh Man - Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; comrades of the Party Central Committee; leaders of central departments, ministries and branches; delegates and distinguished guests to attend the Conference to announce the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units of Bac Giang province for the period 2023-2025; witnessing the important historical milestone of Bac Giang province, which is full of aspirations to rise up in the new development period.
On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Comrade Tran Thanh Man - Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly presented the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units of Bac Giang province in the period of 2023-2025. At the same time, with deep concern, Comrade delivered an important speech, acknowledging and encouraging the achievements and results that the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province have achieved in the past time; praising the efforts of Party committees, authorities at all levels, cadres, party members and people of Bac Giang province in the process of performing the task of arranging administrative units; a difficult and arduous task that can only be successful if consensus and support of the people are achieved. He also emphasized and suggested extremely important groups of tasks that the Party Committee, government, people of all ethnic groups in Bac Giang province, Bac Giang city, Chu town, Luc Ngan district, and commune-level units in the arrangement of administrative units need to focus on implementing in the coming time, thereby contributing to the development of each locality in particular and the development of Bac Giang province in general to become increasingly prosperous, civilized and modern.
The Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in Bac Giang province respectfully thank and seriously accept the direction of the Chairman of the National Assembly. The Provincial Party Committee will focus on leading and concretizing the tasks directed by the Chairman of the National Assembly into specific programs, plans and tasks of the province and each locality for implementation. I promise to the leaders of the Party and State that the Party Committee, government and people of all walks of life in the province will always uphold the spirit of solidarity and unity; promote democracy and self-reliance; strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges; confidently look forward to a bright future as Uncle Ho taught: "After the rain, the sun will shine"; determined to build the homeland of Bac Giang to become increasingly prosperous, civilized and modern; worthy of the tradition, history and trust and expectations that the leaders of the Party and State have placed on the locality.
On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to the contributions of veteran revolutionaries, generations of provincial cadres and leaders through the periods who have devoted themselves, responsibly, and created a solid foundation for Bac Giang to gradually develop. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Party committees, authorities, business community, cadres, party members, and all the people in the province - those who are always the center and the subject of the innovation process, who have strived and contributed to the development of Bac Giang province as it is today.
In the coming time, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Bac Giang province hope to continue to receive more attention, leadership, direction and regular support from the leaders of the Party, State, central ministries, branches and localities so that Bac Giang province in general, Bac Giang city, Chu town, Luc Ngan district and localities in the province in particular have more conditions and resources to break through and rise up; create a basic foundation for the 2025-2030 period to build Bac Giang province to develop comprehensively and firmly; contribute increasingly positively to the overall development of the whole country; contribute to affirming the aspiration for strength, bringing our country firmly into the new era - the era of the Vietnamese people's rise.
On the occasion of preparing to welcome the New Year 2025, once again, on behalf of the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in Bac Giang province, I would like to sincerely thank and wish National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, delegates, distinguished guests, and all generations of cadres, party members and people of the province good health, peace, happiness and success.
