According to Quang Ninh Electricity Company, due to the impact of strong winds and heavy rain, as of 10am this morning, 40% of customers in the whole province had lost power. Among them, Co To district had lost power completely.
According to Quang Ninh Electricity Company, the initial cause was determined to be a problem with the 110kV line and trees falling on the line and power poles.
The unit is continuing to monitor the storm's developments to have response plans after the storm makes landfall.
