The whole province admitted 212 new party members.

Of which, Bao Yen Party Committee has the largest number of new members with 53 members; followed by Bao Thang Party Committee with 41 members, Van Ban Party Committee with 33 members. According to the assessment, the number of new members has not reached the plan because most of the Party Committees are in the process of creating sources, fostering political theory for the elite masses, ensuring conditions to increase the number of new members in the following quarters.

From the beginning of the year to March 14, the whole province admitted 212 new party members, reaching nearly 11% of the plan.

In addition to recruiting new party members, the Provincial Party Committee also directed the synchronous implementation of solutions to improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the party organization and the quality of party members. In particular, improving the management of party members; strengthening the construction and consolidation of grassroots party organizations at the grassroots level, in difficult areas, mountainous areas, and ethnic minority areas, ensuring the leadership role of grassroots party organizations.
