Opening the parade to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory were armed helicopter squadrons of the Air Defense - Air Force Service, Vietnam People's Army carrying the Party flag and the national flag, symbolizing the ideals, beliefs, bravery, intelligence and strength of the great national unity bloc under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh that created the Dien Bien Phu Victory.
