Organizing Pho Festival 2025 bringing together pho from 3 regions

On April 3, the Office of the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 19/KH-VP on organizing the "Pho Festival 2025" program to promote the image of "Pho Hanoi" recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage, contributing to the development of Hanoi's culinary culture industry.

According to the Plan, the scale of the 2025 Pho Festival program will gather more than 50 booths of businesses and pho culinary brands from the three regions of North - Central - South to participate in the performance, promote image and brand.

Enterprises and brands are carefully selected and assessed to ensure quality and food hygiene and safety; through the program, it will be a bridge to honor and connect enterprises, craft villages, and brands to promote cuisine to the people of the capital, domestic tourists and international friends.

The program will bring typical pho dishes of Hanoi in particular and the diversity of pho from regions across the country in general.

The program is organized by the Hanoi Convention Center, in coordination with the Hanoi Department of Tourism and the Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center, from April 18 to 20, 2025, at Thang Long Imperial Citadel (Cot Co Stadium area), 19C Hoang Dieu, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.

The opening ceremony of the program is scheduled to take place at 6 p.m. on April 18. The program includes many diverse activities: Pho Festival 2025 space; space to introduce the culture and traditions of Pho; space to experience Hanoi's unique cuisine and activities such as discussions, art performances, etc.
