The newly built house has an area of 40m², long-term structure, T-shaped house, tiled roof, floor lining, clear plaster... The estimated cost is about 100 million VND from mobilized sources.

At the same time, the Delegation also inspected and surveyed the progress of house repairs for Mrs. Tran Tuyet Ngoc, born in 1959, Tan Trach Hamlet. The house has an area of 32 m2 , is degraded, leaks when it rains, needs to replace the tiled and corrugated iron floors, repair the toilet, front door, and back door. The repair cost is about 20.5 million VND from social mobilization sources. After nearly 1 month of repair, it has been handed over and put into use.

According to Decision No. 924/QD-UBND dated February 24, 2025 of Tan Uyen City People's Committee, Bach Dang commune has 04 households subject to temporary and dilapidated houses in the city. Of which, 03 households are supported for repair and 01 household is newly built.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Loc Ha expressed his joy when participating in the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction and repair of new houses for disadvantaged households. This is an activity of profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the Party and State's concern for people's lives, especially households with difficult housing circumstances.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, he expressed his deep gratitude to the units, organizations and individuals who have contributed support. At the same time, he hoped that the local government and sectors would continue to promote the sense of responsibility, effectively implement, and ensure that by April 30, 2025, all temporary and dilapidated houses in Tan Uyen city will be eliminated.
