Earlier, at around 5:00 p.m. on June 14, Ms. H. was riding her motorbike on a road in a housing project in Uyen Hung Ward, Tan Uyen City when the rainwater rose. At this time, Ms. H. was suddenly swept away by the water into the stream. Discovering the incident, people shouted to each other to save the victim but were unsuccessful.

The rescue team then mobilized dozens of people to search and dive along the stream all night. However, due to the darkness and complex terrain, the search was difficult.
