On the afternoon of June 12, Traffic Police Team No. 5 (Hanoi Traffic Police Department) received a report that a woman had left her motorbike on Chuong Duong Bridge and jumped into the Red River.

Specifically, at around 4:40 p.m. the same day, Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 received a report that a woman was driving a motorbike with license plate 30M4-89.XX to span 10 of Chuong Duong bridge, then abandoned her motorbike and jumped into the Red River.

After receiving the report, Traffic Police Team No. 5 coordinated with the authorities to actively search for the victim. Through verification, the victim was Ms. PTTH (born in 1985, residing in Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi).

Many people stopped on the bridge to watch the incident, causing a partial traffic jam on Chuong Duong Bridge. Traffic police sent officers to direct traffic to reduce congestion.
