In the 2023-2024 dry season, the Collection Team of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command coordinated with local Party committees, authorities and people (Laos) to overcome many difficulties and hardships to search for, collect and collect the remains of 15 Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died in Sam Neua, Vieng Xay, Muong Hiem, Muong Son, and Hua Muong districts of Hua Phan province.
