As a result, in 2024, the company's revenue reached 117.7% of the plan (up 19.3% over the same period in 2023); budget contribution was 23,829 million VND, reaching 106.9% of the plan, up 4.3% over 2023. Average income of employees was 14.29 million VND/person/month, reaching 117.1% of the plan, up 19.4% over 2023.

On the development momentum, in the first quarter of 2025, the unit actively and proactively promoted research and development of new products. It is expected that in April, the company will launch a number of typical products such as: Chicken floss energy balls, Lingzhi mushroom energy balls, sesame energy balls, BB 794-22 dry food, Dream Business 12g dry food, mixed dry food with 8 flavors, ground pork, stewed pork... on the e-commerce platform and the system of agents and distributors.

Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc suggested that the leaders and commanders of Joint Stock Company 22, along with performing well the production and business tasks, need to focus on improving the quality of building a regular and disciplined system; building clean and strong party organizations, strong and comprehensive units; paying attention to occupational safety and hygiene, working environment; doing a good job of policy work, ensuring jobs, and stabilizing income for workers.
