Speaking at the dialogue, Major General Nguyen Van Thap emphasized the importance of establishing and maintaining regular and effective democratic dialogue activities. The Deputy Political Commissar of the Academy affirmed that this is one of the important measures to promote the ownership of cadres, lecturers, students, staff, and soldiers, listen to their thoughts and aspirations, promptly resolve difficulties, and contribute to building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" Academy, successfully completing all tasks.

At the dialogue, political agency delegates answered questions and recommendations from agencies and units, focusing on the following issues: Guiding and unifying the implementation of topics and theses related to district and provincial administrative units in the 2024-2025 school year and the following years; paying attention to, investing in repairing, replacing, and upgrading computer systems at libraries; continuing to invest in digitizing documents, strengthening connections with libraries inside and outside the Army...
Concluding the dialogue, Major General Nguyen Van Thap praised the sense of responsibility and constructive spirit of all cadres, lecturers, students, staff and soldiers. He affirmed that the opinions contributed at the dialogue were a valuable source of information, helping the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Academy have more basis to make correct and appropriate decisions, contributing to improving the quality of all aspects of the Academy's work.

The democratic dialogue was a great success, demonstrating the deep concern of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Academy of Politics for the lives and work of cadres, lecturers, students, staff and soldiers, while contributing to strengthening the close relationship and trust between the leaders and soldiers, workers and civil servants in the Academy.
