The Singaporean Prime Minister arrived in Hanoi on the evening of August 27. His official visit to Vietnam is considered a highlight as the two countries celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations and the 10th anniversary of the Strategic Partnership.

During Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh 's visit to Singapore in February, the two countries established a Digital Economy - Green Economy Partnership, creating a premise to promote cooperation in new fields, towards green and sustainable development.
