According to VNA , Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte enjoyed tea with some Vietnamese and Dutch friends. He laughed and talked happily, having moments of relaxation when being introduced to the type of tea he was enjoying, produced by a Vietnamese enterprise. Mr. Rutte was also given a bouquet of lotus flowers.
Earlier, Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh cycled through the central streets of Hanoi in the autumn weather. The two leaders and their entourage passed through Phan Dinh Phung, Nguyen Tri Phuong, Dien Bien Phu and Ton That Dam streets. On the journey, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh introduced to Prime Minister Mark Rutte the beautiful scenery and historical structures of Hanoi. Mr. Rutte was impressed by the beauty of Hanoi, which combines the modern and the ancient.
The Dutch Prime Minister paid an official visit to Vietnam on November 1-2 at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, in the context of the two countries celebrating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations. This is Prime Minister Rutte's third visit to Vietnam and the focus of this visit is to promote bilateral cooperation in the fields of high technology and digital transformation.
