(NLDO)- People were shocked to see a foreign man sitting on the balcony of an apartment building, then trying to jump off the building.


On March 28, Dai Kim Ward Police (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) are coordinating to investigate the cause of a foreign man falling from the 5th floor of an apartment building in the ward.

Accordingly, at around 5:45 p.m. on March 28, at the CT1 apartment building in Linh Dam urban area, Dai Kim ward, Hoang Mai district (Hanoi), many people were surprised to discover a foreign man sitting on the balcony of this apartment building. Notably, at this time, many people were using their hands to try to hold this man back, but the foreign man struggled to escape. The incident made many people gasp when witnessing it.

Immediately afterwards, the people called the authorities to the scene to rescue the foreign man.

When the fire department's ladder truck arrived at the scene, the man fell from the 5th floor of the apartment building to the 2nd floor roof of the building and was injured.

The man tried to jump out

Immediately afterwards, the authorities quickly provided first aid and carried the victim from the second floor to the ground on a stretcher. Then, they used a truck to quickly take the victim to the Traditional Medicine Hospital (Dai Kim Ward) for emergency treatment.

Initial information, the victim is Mr. TDL (born 1987, American nationality), with a broken leg.
