Weather April 2: Central Highlands and the South continue to have thunderstorms and tornadoes

Area from Thanh Hoa to Hue

- Rain, showers in some places, especially in the North, the afternoon will be less cloudy and sunny. North to Northwest wind level 2-3. Cold weather.

- Lowest temperature from 15-18 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature from 22-25 degrees Celsius.

From Da Nang to Binh Thuan

- There will be showers and thunderstorms in some places. North to Northwest wind level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

- The lowest temperature in the North is from 20-23 degrees Celsius; in the South is from 23-26 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature is from 24-27 degrees Celsius, in the South it can reach up to 30 degrees Celsius.

Central Highlands region

- There will be showers and thunderstorms in some places. Northeast to East wind level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Southern Region

- Lowest temperature from 25-28 degrees Celsius, some places below 25 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature from 30-33 degrees Celsius, some places above 33 degrees Celsius.

Hanoi

- No rain, sunny in the afternoon. Cold in the morning and at night.

- Lowest temperature from 17-19 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature from 24-26 degrees Celsius.

About the weather at sea

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that during the day and night of April 2, there will be rain in some places in the Gulf of Tonkin. Northeast to East wind level 3-4. Waves 0.5 - 2 m high.

Some sea areas have notable weather such as: Sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai has Northeast wind level 4-5. Waves are 2-3 m high.

The sea area from Binh Dinh to Ca Mau and the central East Sea will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. There is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms. Visibility is over 10km, decreasing to 4-10km during rain. Northeast wind level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7-8. Waves are 1.5-3m high.

The sea area from Ca Mau to Kien Giang has scattered showers and thunderstorms. There is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms. Northeast to east winds at level 4. Wave height 0.5-1.5m./.
