The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said: Early this morning, cold air had a weak impact on some places in the Northeast region of the North. Today, the cold air has increased in strength and continued to affect our country. Due to the influence of cold air, the weather in the North will turn cold, from the night of December 7, the weather in the North Central region will turn cold. The lowest temperature during this cold air wave in the North and North Central regions is generally from 15 - 18 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 12 - 14 degrees Celsius, in high mountainous areas, some places are below 10 degrees Celsius.
