Lam Dong Department of Justice has just sent a document to the Department of Construction reporting on the selling and rental prices of houses and some other real estates in the second quarter in the whole Lam Dong province.
Lam Dong real estate market is showing signs of "warming up"
Accordingly, the Department of Justice has compiled from 34/34 notary organizations in the area, showing that in the second quarter of 2023, the whole province had 5,499 transactions (sale) of individual houses, apartments, land plots and social housing.
Compared to the first quarter of 2023, the number of real estate transactions increased, 1,957 transactions higher (there were 3,542 transactions in the first quarter of 2023); in which the number of land transactions increased the most in the second quarter, reaching 5,160 lots/3,246 lots (an increase of 1,914 transactions), individual houses 327 units/287 lots (an increase of 40 transactions), and apartments were 8/8 units. This is a signal that the real estate market in this locality is showing signs of "warming up", compared to the "gloominess" in the first quarter of 2023.
The number of real estate transactions in Bao Lam district has warmed up.
Of the total real estate transactions mentioned above, the highest number of individual housing transactions belongs to Duc Trong District with 100 transactions, followed by Da Lat City with 92 transactions, Bao Loc City with 69 transactions, Bao Lam District with 54 transactions. With land, Bao Lam District leads with 1,523 transactions, followed by Lam Ha District with 775 transactions, Di Linh District with 647, Duc Trong District with 614, Bao Loc City with 611, Da Lat City with only 360 transactions...
Meanwhile, the number of real estate transactions for leasing offices, commercial premises, hotels, resorts and social housing in the second quarter was 278 transactions.
