According to regulations, from July 18, candidates will begin registering their admission wishes on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training. All candidates wishing to apply for university admission must register their admission wishes online.
However, on July 18, many candidates said that after registering their wishes, they could not send a message to the switchboard 6058 to receive an OTP code to confirm completion.
Meanwhile, some candidates said they were able to send messages but only received a response that their accounts did not have enough money to use the service even though they had topped up their phones.
In addition, many candidates reported that they were able to send messages but did not receive an OTP code. Others said that after sending the message, they only received the OTP code one hour later to complete their application.

On July 19, speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , a representative of the Ministry of Education and Training said that on the morning of July 18, many candidates registered for admission on the system, so they received OTP messages slowly. After that, candidates received messages normally.
Also according to the Ministry of Education and Training, because this year candidates knew their scores before registering for admission, the number of applications registered on the first day was nearly 1/3 of the total number of applications in 2023.
Register your admission wishes until 5:00 p.m. on July 30
According to the Ministry's regulations, all candidates wishing to apply for university admission, including those who have been notified of early admission by the university, must register their admission wishes on the Ministry of Education and Training's system to be considered for admission and recognized as admitted.
Specifically, from July 18 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30, candidates can use the account provided on the system (log in at: https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn) to register and adjust their admission wishes an unlimited number of times.
For independent candidates (candidates who graduated from high school from 2023 or earlier), if they do not have an account, they need to register to be granted an account to use for registering their admission and admission wishes. The time to register for an account is from July 1 to 20 according to the instructions of the Department of Education and Training where the candidate is residing.
