Emulation cluster No. 13 of Thanh Hoa province includes the following units: Thanh Hoa Electricity Company, Thanh Hoa Telecommunications, Thanh Hoa Provincial Post Office, Viettel Thanh Hoa, Thanh Hoa Tobacco Company Limited, Hanoi-Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company, Bao Viet Thanh Hoa Company, Bao Viet Nhan Tho Thanh Hoa Company, Bao Minh Thanh Hoa Company, Bim Son Cement Joint Stock Company and HUD4 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.

In the opening speech of the Conference, Comrade Hoang Hai - Party Secretary, Director of Thanh Hoa Electricity Company, Head of Emulation Cluster No. 13 reiterated President Ho Chi Minh's instruction at the National Congress of Emulation Soldiers and Exemplary Cadres on May 1, 1952: "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism must be emulated". Responding to Uncle Ho's call, in recent years, under the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Party committees at all levels, local authorities and the efforts of cadres, employees and workers of enterprises in the province in general, Emulation Cluster No. 13 in particular, the emulation movement and commendation work of units in the Cluster have achieved quite comprehensive achievements and results in all fields, contributing to the completion of targets and tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense - security and people's lives in the province. The Head of Emulation Cluster No. 13 also requested that at this Conference, units actively participate in discussions and propose the most practical solutions to further promote the emulation movement and improve the efficiency of the Cluster's operations.
The report assessing the results of emulation and reward work in the first 6 months of the year and deploying tasks for the last 6 months of 2024 clearly stated: Units in the Cluster always closely follow and implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, proactively synchronously, flexibly, promptly propose solutions in the face of economic difficulties, effectively implement patriotic emulation movements launched by the Government, ministries, branches, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and socio-political organizations. Maintaining production and business, political security, social order and safety are ensured and maintained, creating a premise for completing the set targets.
Specifically, patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Central and the province such as: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "Vietnamese enterprises integrate and develop"; "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind"; emulation to build "Model agencies and units", "Enterprises meeting cultural standards"... have encouraged and motivated cadres and workers to overcome difficulties and challenges, and compete in labor production.
Recognizing the role and importance of emulation and reward work, from the beginning of 2024, leaders of units have identified this as one of the key tasks to arouse and promote the positivity, initiative and creativity of collectives and individuals to enthusiastically compete to excellently complete assigned tasks. Launching many emulation campaigns focusing on completing production and business tasks. Thereby contributing to the growth of service revenue, at the same time discovering typical collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements to honor and replicate advanced models.
In addition to emulation movements, each unit in the cluster has also built a strong Party organization and political system, implemented grassroots democracy regulations, practiced thrift, fought waste, promoted administrative reform, applied science and technology in management and operation, contributing to the completion of the national digital transformation goals set by the industry...
