Add more additional university admission criteria

Ho Chi Minh City Open University announces receiving additional admission applications until 5:00 p.m. on September 5, 2024.

Accordingly, the school will consider additional admission to 6 majors/programs with degrees granted by the school and 17 majors in international joint programs with degrees granted by foreign partner universities.

Admission method: The school considers the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam.

Majors in the international joint program:

Admission method: The school considers the results of the transcripts based on the average score of the subjects of the entire year of grade 10, the entire year of grade 11 and the first semester of grade 12 in the admission combination.

Vietnam-Germany University accepts applications for additional admission to 9 majors. Candidates must submit applications until September 8, 2024.

The school considers admission based on academic records, 2024 high school graduation exam scores and direct admission.

With the method of considering transcripts, the school considers the scores of 6 subjects (3 compulsory subjects: math, literature, foreign language; and 3 elective subjects depending on the major), the admission score ranges from 7.0 to 8.0.

The method of considering high school graduation exam results, the admission score for the corresponding groups ranges from 18 to 22 points.

In addition, the school also considers direct admission for candidates: Having excellent academic achievements (Achieving excellent results in grades 10, 11 and semester 1 of grade 12 with English requirements); having international high school graduation certificates/diplomas (SAT, IBD, WACE, A-level, TestAS,...). Application deadline is September 15.

According to the school's regulations, in all additional admission rounds, candidates need to meet one of the school's English proficiency requirements: Have an international English certificate (equivalent to IELTS academic score of 5.0 or higher); have an average English score of grades 10, 11 and semester 1 of grade 12 high school of 7.5 or higher (only applicable to method 2); pass the VGU English test including 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources and Environment conducts additional admissions based on the academic results of grades 10, 11, and 12 for candidates who graduated from high school from 2017 to 2024 with conduct results of good or higher in grades 10, 11, and semester 1 of grade 12. The average total score of 3 subjects in the admission group is from 18 points or higher.

The school accepts applications until September 12, 2024 (except Saturday and Sunday).

Tay Do University recruits 23 additional majors according to the following methods:

Method 1: Admission based on academic results of the entire 12th grade year.

Method 2: Considered based on the learning results of the entire 10th grade year, the entire 11th grade year, and the first semester of grade 12. Method 3: Considered based on the learning results of the entire 11th grade year and the first semester of grade 12.

The admission requirement is that the candidate has graduated from high school or equivalent and the total score of 3 subjects in the admission group is from 16.5 points or higher. The additional admission period is until September 8, 2024, the enrollment period is September 9, 2024.
