31 provinces and cities will attend the Exhibition of tourism, cultural heritage, scenic spots and traditional handicraft products.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Hue City (March 26, 1975 - March 26, 2025) and Hue City becoming a centrally-run city, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the People's Committee of Hue City and 31 provinces/cities to organize the exhibition " Tourism space, cultural heritage, scenic spots and traditional Vietnamese handicrafts".

This is an important cultural and tourism activity within the framework of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025 to introduce and promote tangible and intangible cultural values ​​and scenic spots of the country and people of Vietnam.

Images of Hanoi Opera House will be displayed at the exhibition.

According to the Organizing Committee, the exhibition includes many rich and attractive contents. The general exhibition area named "Vietnam Tourism Space, Cultural Heritage, and Famous Places" introduces to the public special display contents such as: "Traveling through Vietnam's cultural heritage and famous places" introducing the country, people of Vietnam, and heritages honored by UNESCO.

"The ancient and modern capitals of Vietnam" takes visitors to the lands that were once the capitals of Vietnam, places that have deeply imprinted the cultural history for thousands of years, and are the cultural, economic and political centers of the country; images of tourism and cultural heritage of the capitals of Vietnam: Phu Tho, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Hue City and Hanoi.

"Cultural Heritage of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups" focuses on introducing the cultural heritages of ethnic groups in regions across Vietnam such as: Culture of the Northern Delta region; ancient Kinh family space; some traditional handicrafts; Culture of the Northern Valley and Mountainous Region; Culture of Central ethnic groups; Culture of the Southern region; Buddha statues, alms bowls, cotton trees, table covers for offerings when going to pagodas and the Khmer five-tone orchestra...

Also here, some light sculptures in the collection "Capital Sediments" are introduced such as "Huong Sa", "Co Do", "Chiec conical hat"... by young artist Bui Van Tu.

The exhibition space "Vietnamese Silk and the Story of Ao Dai" is about stories about Vietnamese silk, through quintessential, colorful silks, which are traditional cultural nuances of the Vietnamese people. At the same time, it displays and introduces Vietnamese Ao Dai collections by designers, honors and spreads the image of the beauty of women with Ao Dai through each period to elevate Ao Dai to a "cultural item" in diplomacy, developing Vietnamese culture and tourism to the world.

Besides, there is a Vietnamese tea culture space to introduce products and exchange tea culture of the provinces: Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen...

The "Cultural Heritage and Scenic Landscape Tourism" space of 31 provinces/cities representing regions and areas nationwide, introduces tangible and intangible cultural heritages, historical relics, festivals, typical scenic spots; types of tourism, tourism products; cuisine and typical products of the localities.

Throughout the days of the Exhibition, there will be special art programs gathering artists and artisans from many provinces and cities, including performances imbued with the identity of each region participating in the exhibition: art programs "Shimmering Heritage Colors", "Returning to the Land of Perfume", "Young Rhythm of Life", art exchange "My Homeland Vietnam". In particular, on the evening of April 30, there will be an art program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South - reunification of the country "Vietnam's Triumphant Song"...

The exhibition "Tourism Space, Cultural Heritage, Famous Places and Traditional Vietnamese Craft Products" is a meaningful cultural activity, contributing to enhancing exchanges between provinces and cities in organizing activities to link tourism development and cultural arts and raising awareness and responsibility of the community, especially the young generation, in preserving and promoting the value of tangible and intangible cultural heritage, natural heritage, arousing love for the homeland, country, and national pride.

As planned, the exhibition "Tourism space, cultural heritage, scenic spots and traditional handicraft products of Vietnam" will take place from April 27 to May 2, 2025 at the Hue City Cultural - Cinema Center (No. 41A Hung Vuong, Thuan Hoa District, Hue City).
