Contractors are focusing on human resources and machinery to speed up the construction progress of the Nam Thien Cam Tourist Area infrastructure construction project, striving to complete it in time for the 2024 tourist season.

The Nam Thien Cam Tourist Area infrastructure construction project is invested by Cam Xuyen District People's Committee with a total investment of more than 176 billion VND.

The project has a scale of 3 routes with a total length of more than 4.2km and a system of: sidewalks, drainage ditches, lighting, wastewater collection and treatment system...

Hoang Son Joint Stock Company mobilized more than 100 workers divided into 4 teams to construct sidewalks.

Phase 1, the project has a total investment of more than 75 billion VND; implemented from January 2023 to December 31, 2024. However, to ensure the tourism development goal in 2024, contractors are focusing on human resources and machinery to construct ahead of schedule, striving to complete the project before April 30, 2024 (8 months early) as committed to the investor.

At this time, at the Nam Thien Cam Tourist Area construction site, contractors are mobilizing hundreds of workers to focus on constructing items. At the construction package of the embankment road of Hoang Son Joint Stock Company (Nghe An), a group of workers are hurriedly paving the sidewalk. To speed up the progress, the company mobilized more than 100 workers, divided into 4 groups to carry out the work. Up to this point, the enterprise has achieved more than 65% progress.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - construction site commander of Hoang Son Joint Stock Company said: “At the end of October 2023, the company will receive the handover of the site after the district has cleared the business kiosk system along the embankment. Worried about the progress, we have mobilized a large amount of machinery and human resources to focus on construction. Fortunately, the weather in the last months of the year has been quite favorable, so far, the company has completed the following items: trenches, centrifugal sewer pipes for draining rainwater and wastewater. The roadbed has also been basically completed. After finishing the sidewalk, we will continue to focus on paving the road."

Also focusing on completing the bidding package for Route 3, at this time, Hai Dang Trading and Construction Service Company Limited (Cam Xuyen) is mobilizing machinery to restore the construction site so that Cam Xuyen District People's Committee can implement the planning for the construction of business kiosks. Currently, the company has completed over 80% of the work volume.

Hai Dang Construction and Trading Service Company Limited focuses on returning the site after construction.

Mr. Le Ngoc Thong - Deputy Director of Hai Dang Construction and Trading Services Company Limited said: "The district plans to plan and build food service kiosks in the area of Route 3. Therefore, the road construction progress must be accelerated. According to the commitment with the investor, Route 3 will be completed before April 30, 2024, but with the current progress, we will complete the construction before the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin".

According to the Cam Xuyen District Investment and Construction Project Management Board, the infrastructure of Nam Thien Cam Tourist Area has 4 contractors, and the current progress is over 70%. In the first days of the new year, contractors are taking advantage of favorable weather, focusing on maximum human resources, vehicles and machinery to speed up the construction progress, striving to complete and accept the project phase 1 before April 30, 2024 (8 months ahead of schedule) in time for the 2024 tourism opening season.
