Delegates focused on discussing the following contents: Creative startups in the field of culinary industry, Creative startups in the field of nutritional security for health; Some proposals on industrial art design in cultural tourism development; Creative startups in the field of commercialization, entrepreneurship of ideas, inventions, and patents of environmental technology; Agricultural startups; Attracting investment in the performing industry, turning Ninh Binh into a national and international performing arts center; Creative startups in the field of commercialization, entrepreneurship of ideas, inventions, and patents of medical and biotechnology; Creative startups in the field of tourism gifts; Startups, innovation, transfer and commercialization in the field of biotechnology.

Analyzing the outstanding advantages of Ninh Binh in the above-mentioned startup fields, opinions said that in reality, the province has not really found a way to develop to enhance the values and positions of the above-mentioned advantages, thereby suggesting solutions to overcome and promote potential.

Specifically: Chairman of the Da Nang City Culinary Culture Association Ly Dinh Quan raised the issue that the culinary industry is a potential market and creative startups in this field require market understanding, the ability to grasp trends and business acumen. He suggested that Ninh Binh can completely combine cuisine with experiential activities to create memorable memories for tourists.

In addition to the culinary industry, the delegate also said that Ninh Binh has enough potential to ensure food safety associated with food security, with the ability to be rich in mountain and plain herbs to both develop traditional medicine and create raw materials for the health food processing industry. Therefore, the province can seize this opportunity to become a fulcrum for startups, forming medical - tourism enterprises; and elderly care centers.

Director Le Hai Yen, General Director of Newday Media Company, commented that Ninh Binh is the land of the ancient capital with a thousand years of history, a prominent tourist destination of Vietnam, but the performing arts sector in Ninh Binh has not yet developed to its full potential. Director Le Hai Yen said that in the coming time, the province needs to attract investment in this sector to not only open up new economic opportunities but also contribute to enhancing the image of Ninh Binh on the national and international art map. To do this, the province needs to be very open, creating conditions for organizing performances and international exchanges; restoring and protecting traditional festivals; expanding cooperative relationships with many major cities of countries with strong development in the performing industry as well as world-class partners and art organizations; having plans to improve and renovate existing infrastructure on a reasonable scale; researching audience tastes; investing and applying technology in the field of organizing performances...
