On April 3, the City Party Committee organized the awarding of Party Badges on May 19, 2025. Attending were Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Hai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee; Nguyen The Hoan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council.
During the May 19 ceremony, the entire Provincial Party Committee had 549 Party members awarded the Party Badge, of which the City had 168 Party members awarded and posthumously awarded the Party Badge from 30 years to 75 years of Party membership.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial and City Party Committees awarded Party badges to 45 exemplary veteran Party members. Among them, 1 comrade has 75 years of Party membership; 1 comrade has 70 years of Party membership; 3 comrades have 65 years of Party membership; 5 comrades have 60 years of Party membership; 6 comrades have 55 years of Party membership; 8 comrades have 50 years of Party membership; 18 comrades have 40 years and 45 years of Party membership.
Comrade Le Hung, 45 years old, from the Hung Dao Commune Party Committee, representing the Party members receiving the Party Badge this time, expressed his honor and pride in receiving the Party's attention and recognition for the contributions of each Party member to the revolution, homeland and country. At the same time, he promised to continue to uphold the pioneering and exemplary role, contributing intelligence and strength to the revolutionary cause; be a shining example in building solidarity and unity in the local Party organization; educate young Party members, mobilize families and people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.
Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Quan Minh Cuong acknowledged the merits and contributions of the Party members who were honored to be awarded the Party Badge on this occasion. At the same time, he emphasized: The Party members awarded the Party Badge today are living proof of the spirit of loyalty, dedication, and tireless dedication to the Party's ideals and the revolutionary cause of the nation. The Party Committee, government and people of Cao Bang province always acknowledge and are grateful for the great contributions of the comrades. Each time the Party Badge is awarded, it is a profound lesson about the loyalty, sacrifice and tireless fighting spirit of those who have devoted themselves to the revolutionary cause. This is also a shining example for the current and future generations of cadres and Party members to follow, continuing to write glorious pages of history for the Party and the nation.
He suggested that the City Party Committee continue to do a better job in Party building and City development; do a good job in reviewing and awarding Party badges in a timely and proper manner, fully demonstrating the Party's concern and respect for comrades who have made many years of contributions ; care for veteran Party members, especially those who are old, in difficult circumstances or in poor health ; promote the important role of veteran Party members in educating revolutionary traditions, fostering Ho Chi Minh's ideology and morality for the younger generation ; constantly improve the quality of Party cell activities, promote the spirit of self-criticism and criticism, and strengthen discipline and order in the Party. In particular, in the current context, the City Party Committee continues to carry out important tasks in the work of restructuring the apparatus, aiming to build a streamlined and effective political system, meeting the requirements of rapid and sustainable development in the new situation.
