Attending the ceremony were Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh - Chairman of the City Military Service Council; Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quoc Hung; Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Tuan, Political Commissar of the Capital High Command, along with representatives of the Capital High Command; Hanoi City Police; leaders of Dong Da district, citizens leaving for military service, and a large number of people and relatives of new recruits.

Dong Da District is honored to be assigned to 9 units of the City Police and the Ministry of National Defense.

Young man Le Truong Giang (overseas student, Dong Da district) promises to follow the heroic and glorious tradition of the previous generation, enthusiastically set out to defend the Fatherland, ready to excellently complete all tasks. At the same time, actively train and cultivate to become an excellent soldier and citizen; unite, love, and help each other; maintain moral qualities; constantly study and improve military theory, ready to sacrifice for the Fatherland. During their time in the army, the new recruits will accumulate experience in all aspects, when they complete their military service, they will return to their hometowns to continue building their homeland to become more and more prosperous.

In Dong Da District, the rate of citizens with university and college degrees joining the army reached 46.4% (an increase of 9.1% compared to 2024), of which the rate of university and college degrees joining the People's Public Security service reached over 70%.

In particular, 8 outstanding citizens were considered and admitted into the Party right before leaving for military service.
