Establishment of Hai Duong Trade Union Labor Consulting and Support Center

Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan, Director of the Provincial Labor Culture House, was appointed as Director of the Hai Duong Trade Union Labor Counseling and Support Center (far right).

On the afternoon of March 28, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to establish the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Union Labor Consulting and Support Center on the basis of merging the Provincial Labor Culture House and the Legal Consulting Center under the Hai Duong Labor Federation.

This is a public service unit that self-insures regular expenses and is under the direct direction and management of the Provincial Federation of Labor. The center has the function and task of providing legal advice and legal support to union members and employees. Organizing propaganda and dissemination of Party policies and State laws and policies. Coordinating the organization of training courses, vocational training, and occupational safety and hygiene. Consulting and supporting the development of union members, the establishment of grassroots unions, the development of party members and the establishment of party cells in enterprises...

This center was established on the basis of the merger between the Legal Consulting Center and the Provincial Labor Culture House.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation appointed Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan, Director of the Provincial Labor Culture House, to the position of Director of the Center; Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Loan, Deputy Director of the Legal Consulting Center, to the position of Deputy Director of the Hai Duong Labor Union Consulting and Support Center.
