NDO - On November 18, after a few minutes of trading in green at the beginning of the session, selling pressure increased sharply across the board, causing the general index to plummet below the 1,210 point mark. In the afternoon session, buying pressure reappeared, helping the VN-Index gradually recover, but the session still closed in red. At the end of the session, the VN-Index decreased by 1.45 points to 1,217.12 points.
On the HoSE floor, the order matching value this session decreased sharply compared to the previous session, reaching more than 7,195.27 billion VND. Foreign investors net sold a sudden 1,456 billion VND on the HoSE floor.
Today's session, VN30 group of stocks closed with 12 stocks increasing, 4 stocks remaining unchanged and 14 stocks decreasing.
Of which, TPB increased by 2.56% to VND 16,000/share, SSI increased by 1.46%, VHM increased by 1.37%.
Codes: ACB, CTG, FPT, GAS, GVR, POW, SSB, STB, VIB increased slightly by less than 1%.
Four codes stopped at reference: SAB, SHB, TCB, VPB.
On the other hand, PLX decreased by 1.82% to VND37,700/share, MWG decreased by 1.67%, VJC decreased by 1.55%, BCM decreased by 1.47%, BVH decreased by 1.35%.
The remaining codes: BID, HDB, HPG, MBB, MSN, VCB, VIC, VNM, VRE decreased slightly.
In terms of industry groups, Steel stocks closed the session down, with DTL down 2.88%, SMC down 1.69%, HPG and TLH down slightly. On the other hand, 3 codes: HMC, HSG, NKG increased slightly.

Besides SSI mentioned above, ORS increased to the ceiling price of VND13,650/share, CTS increased by 3.96%, HCM increased by 3.6%, AGR increased by 3.36%, BSI increased by 3.12%, VDS increased by 2.56%, VCI increased by 2.17%, FTS increased by 2.1%, VIX increased by 2.06%, VND increased by 1.09%, TVB and TVS increased slightly, APG stopped at the reference price. On the contrary, DSE decreased by 1.97%, TCI decreased by 1.63%.
Banking stocks closed the session in green. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, the remaining codes: OCB increased by 1.45%, EIB and NAB both increased slightly, LPB and MSB stopped at reference.
The real estate stock group closed down, of which FIR decreased by 1.32%, KBC decreased by 5.96%, LHG decreased by 3.22%, NLG decreased by 1.99%, NVT decreased by 1.53%, SIP decreased by 4.88%, SJS decreased by 1.45%, SZC decreased by 1.54%, TEG decreased by 2.2%, TLD decreased by 2.65%... On the contrary, some codes still increased strongly such as: TCH, VRC increased by ceiling price, NTL increased by 4.43%, TN1 increased by 2.86%.
Sectors such as information technology, telecommunications, and transportation closed in the green. On the contrary, sectors such as insurance, production materials, raw materials, and energy decreased.
* The Vietnamese stock market index was in red almost the entire session today, VNXALL-Index closed down 0.47 points (-0.02%), down to 2,010.01 points. Liquidity in the whole market, with trading volume reaching 631.89 million units, equivalent to trading value reaching 15,587.71 billion VND. In the whole market, there were 187 stocks increasing in price, 93 stocks remaining unchanged and 184 stocks decreasing in price.
* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 221.79 points, up 0.26 points (+0.12%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 52.99 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND877.75 billion. The entire floor had 72 stocks increasing, 66 stocks remaining unchanged and 77 stocks decreasing.
The HNX30 index closed up 0.37 points (+0.08%) at 470.00 points. Trading volume reached over 29.67 million units, with a corresponding value of over VND650.01 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 13 stocks increasing, 3 stocks remaining unchanged and 14 stocks decreasing.
On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 91.64 points, up 0.30 points (+0.33%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 23.91 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 379.22 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 152 stocks increasing, 87 stocks remaining unchanged and 119 stocks decreasing.

Liquidity reached over 635.41 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND15,190.16 billion. The entire floor had 184 stocks increasing, 70 stocks remaining unchanged and 181 stocks decreasing.
The VN30 index decreased by 0.99 points (-0.08%) to 1,270.23 points. Liquidity reached more than 287.22 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND8,260.36 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 12 stocks increasing, 4 stocks remaining unchanged and 14 stocks decreasing.
