On the afternoon of July 20, at Lam Son High School for the Gifted (Thanh Hoa City), Mr. Dau Thanh Tung, Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, awarded a certificate of merit from the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to Le Viet Hoang Anh, a 12th grade physics student at Lam Son High School for the Gifted - who just won a silver medal at the 2023 International Physics Olympiad held in Japan (from July 10-17).
Ms. Phung To Linh, Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union, awarded a certificate of merit to Le Viet Hoang Anh.
On behalf of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tung commended the achievements of Le Viet Hoang Anh and teacher Nguyen Hoang Ha, who directly guided Hoang Anh.
Mr. Tung requested the Thanh Hoa education and training sector and Lam Son High School for the Gifted to continue to make efforts and strive to achieve better results in teaching and learning. At the same time, he hoped that Le Viet Hoang Anh would study hard to contribute to the development of his homeland and country.
On the same afternoon, Ms. Phung To Linh, Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union, presented certificates of merit from the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee to Le Viet Hoang Anh and Mai Duy Anh Quan, students of class 12A7, Nong Cong 2 High School (Nong Cong District, Thanh Hoa). Mai Duy Anh Quan is the valedictorian of block B00 nationwide (scoring 29.8 points) in the 2023 high school graduation exam.
